预订时，我们会收取您预订金额的约 25% 作为押金，余款需在入住前 30 天支付。如果您在余款到期前取消预订，我们将退还押金。如果您需要在 30 天内取消预订，我们将在重新预订房间的情况下退款。我们收到的通知越早，重新预订房间就越容易。所有预订渠道都是如此。余款支付后，价格将不会调整。

SELF CHECK IN starts at 3pm, but we often have the rooms ready earlier.
We will text you the day of arrival to confirm your arrival time and room or cottage number.
Check out is before 11am, additional charges may apply for late check out.

Can I avoid the onsite cats?

Yes, the cats are very friendly, the best option to avoid the cats are the cottages, The cats cannot access the ocean side lanais of the cottages as they cottage are built into the side of the hill.
