デポジットとキャンセルポリシーは何ですか？

ご予約時に、ご予約金額の約 25% のデポジットを頂戴します。残額はご宿泊日の 30 日前までにお支払いいただきます。残額のお支払い前にキャンセルされた場合は、デポジットを返金いたします。30 日以内にキャンセルする必要がある場合は、客室を再予約できる場合に返金いたします。早めにお知らせいただければ、客室の再予約がしやすくなります。これはすべての予約チャネルで同じです。残額が支払われた後は、料金は調整されません。

ご予約前に手配しない限り、すべての客室とスタンダードコテージの最大宿泊人数は 2 名です。隣接する客室のオプションもいくつかあり、新しい 2 ベッドルーム コテージは 4 名様とそれ以上のお子様が宿泊できます。当施設は 12 歳未満のお子様向けには設計されていません。お子様も人数としてカウントされます。

ハマクア海岸の宿泊施設でエアコンを備えているところはごくわずかです。当施設は海に面し、マウナ ケアの麓に位置しているため、日中は貿易風、夜はマウナ ケアからの涼しい山風を楽しめます。当施設のオンライン レビューをご覧いただければ、夜は暑すぎるという心配は無用です。日中はたいてい外を散策できます。

SELF CHECK IN starts at 3pm, but we often have the rooms ready earlier.
We will text you the day of arrival to confirm your arrival time and room or cottage number.
Check out is before 11am, additional charges may apply for late check out.

Can I avoid the onsite cats?

Yes, the cats are very friendly, the best option to avoid the cats are the cottages, The cats cannot access the ocean side lanais of the cottages as they cottage are built into the side of the hill. 
The cats do not come in the rooms, but they do like to visit people on their lanais.
